After receiving an order. Please provide 1 to 2 business days for us to design your product. At
which point, we will contact you to confirm that we've designed the perfect product for you. We
then take another 1 to 2 business days to produce and ship your product. Then it just takes 3 to
5 days to ship anywhere in the continental US.*
*Please allow for additional shipping time for orders to Alaska and Hawaii as well as
international orders.

These Personalized Furniture pieces are custom made per order. Please allow 30 days for
shipping. A proof of the Engraving will be sent to you for approval within 48 hours of order
being received. These products ship UPS so it takes 3 to 5 days after ship date.
